If, for any reason, you are not happy with your product, you are welcome to return it for a refund or store credit, provided that it meets the conditions in our Returns Policy. Please read through our policy carefully and scroll down if you would like to arrange the return of an item.
RETURNING AN UNWANTED PRODUCT
If there is nothing wrong with the item you received and you just want to return it, the following conditions apply before we can issue a refund:
- The item must be in the condition in which you received it, in its original packaging and in a resalable condition.
- You should notify us of your wish to return the item within 7 days of receiving your order.
RETURNING AN INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEM
If the reason for your return is due to receiving the incorrect item, or because the item arrived damaged, we will either replace the item for you or give you a full refund or store credit (depending on what you prefer), as long as you notify us of the return within 3 days of receiving your order.
Please note that in this case, we need sufficient evidence that the item you received was unsatisfactory, which is why we will ask you to send us a photo of the item.
If the above conditions have been met, we will organise a courier for the return of the item to us if you are in South Africa. For international customers, we expect you to organise the return of an unwanted item.
A refund or store credit will be issued once we have received the item and are satisfied with its condition. Please note that if you are returning an unwanted item (i.e. if there was nothing wrong with it), we will only compensate you for the value of the product returned—no shipping costs will be refunded.
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED
We do not accept returns of the following items:
- Items that were on sale
- Custom designed products
